Hand-forged carbon steel blade. Blade is 20 cm long and 2.5 mm thin. It also has a double S cut, which makes it a real non-stick miracle to which nothing sticks when cutting and thus speeds up and facilitates work. The handle is made of Cretan olive wood in which I have embedded brass applications and a name tag of the owner. The handle is waterproof coated with a special resin and is therefore resistant to mold, rot and cracks. This knife is a custom-made product.
